O2 Academy Liverpool - 2018-2025

For 7 years, I was Technical Manager at O2 Academy Liverpool - advancing shows, liaising with promoter reps, booking techs, runners, crew, catering assistants etc, creating Risk Assessments and overseeing LOLER, PUWER, barrier and rigging inspections, amongst many other duties.

I also personally designed, purchased and installed a £125k lighting rig upgrade, updated multi lines to digital, oversaw purchase of new audio and lighting desks, re-vamped the production pack to be a truly comprehensive online resource, and built a core team of experienced and friendly techs and local crew to ensure the smooth running of every show.
